INGREDIENTS
1 cup coconut milk (full fat preferred)
3 T chia seeds
1-2 T honey (to your sweetness preference)
1/4 cup blueberries (frozen wild blueberries are my favorite)
2 T hemp seeds (optional for extra protein)
DIRECTIONS
Combine above ingredients and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 6 hours. Add topping just prior to enjoying!

Sliced almonds
