A chocolatey superfood treat with a crunch!
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Coconut milk (full fat preferred)
3 T Chia seeds
1-2 T honey or coconut sugar (your sweetness preference)
2 T hempseed (optional for extra protein)
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa powder
TOPPING
Mrs. Barr's Dark Chocolate Granola Bar
Coconut flakes
Cocoa nibs
DIRECTIONS
Combine above ingredients and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for 6 hours. Top with Mrs. Barr's Dark Chocolate Granola Bar, coconut flakes and cocoa nibs for an extra superfood crunch!
