Super simple 5 ingredient sweet potato casserole.
Great for a holiday feast with a a vegan option!
• 3 cups baked & skinned sweet potatoes (about potatoes)
• 1/4 cup melted butter (use coconut oil for vegan option)
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 3/4 cup pecans
• 3 Maple Pecan Bars crumbled up
Mix skinned sweet potatoes with coconut oil and maple syrup, use mixer or food processor and spread in 8x8 greased pan.
Sprinkle Maple Pecan Bar crumbles on top of potato mixture and top with pecans.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes and enjoy!
